 Dave Atkins is a proven leader in the steel erection industry, currently serving as the Owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AM Erectors based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. With over 35 years of experience, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Under Dave's leadership, AM Erectors has emerged as a premier steel erector, serving clients across the southeastern US. Prior to his tenure at AM Erectors, Dave held key positions at reputable companies in the steel and welding industry. As a Project Manager at Valentine Welding from October 2012 to February 2017, he demonstrated his project management skills and commitment to excellence. Before his role at Valentine Welding, Dave served as the Executive Vice President at Duggins Welding for over a decade, playing a crucial role in the company's operations and strategic direction. Dave is committed to driving AM Erectors forward, delivering exceptional service, and exceeding client expectations. With his leadership, AM Erectors is poised for continued growth and success in the years to come. 

 Will Munster is a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Co-Owner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AM Erectors in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area, Will has been instrumental in driving the company's financial success since its founding in February 2017. Prior to his role at AM Erectors, Will held significant positions at reputable organizations. As the Plant Controller for Thomasville Furniture, Retail & Contract Divisions at Heritage Home Group from June 2014 to December 2017, he managed financial operations and exhibited exceptional leadership in financial reporting and strategic decision-making. Before his tenure at Heritage Home Group, Will served as the Controller at Avid Solutions for nearly eight years, contributing to substantial revenue growth and operational efficiency. Will holds a bachelor's degrees in physics and civil engineering and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University. His dedication to excellence and track record of success makes him a valuable asset in any financial leadership role.
